Our client is a leader in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector.
Accelerate were appointed to conduct a full Procurement review on spend across multiple sites. We reviewed Categories such as Lab Supplies, MRO, FM, and regional logistics and packaging infrastructure.
We were also required to lead and support on internal capability uplift, along with transformation of the Procurement & Logistics function.
Our Approach
We deployed a small team that focused on the front, middle and back office. Our key goal was to obtain a clear line of sight on external spend across 3 manufacturing sites.
Our program aimed to rationalise the supply base, consolidate spend across key Categories, and gain economies of scale in the key spend areas identified.
