Our client is a global HR services organisation. Accelerate were appointed to provide a “CPO as a managed service” concept over the course of 12 months.
We were required to accelerate the transformation of the client’s procurement organisation, making the shift from a decentralised and tactical organisation to a global function. We were required to operate as business partners and bring significant value to the organisation.
We deployed a small team (including the CPO), and focused on front and middle office activities across the 3 pillars of people, process and technology.
We built a new organisation underpinned by our Procurement Academy to drive capability uplift.
We created a new S2P policy, and provided a Sourcing and Supplier Management process build, handbook, and training with a focus on implementing supplier lifecycle management.
We assisted in project delivery across marketing, MRO and logistics spend areas, and built a S2P technology roadmap with focus on spend analytics, project pipeline, and contract management.
